We are about to encounter a “mystery” as we move through Romans 11, a divine revelation of a previously unknown aspect of God’s redemptive plan. With this revelation, Paul caps his seven arguments to show that the Jews’ rejection of the gospel does not mean God’s redemptive purposes have failed.

After unveiling this mystery, Paul breaks forth in praise of God. To the end that we might learn how better to praise Him, we will take time at the end of the month to consider God’s nature with the help of Dr. R.C. Sproul’s teaching series “The Attributes of God.”
