The great truths of the book of Romans roll past us in unbroken array during April as we proceed through chapter 5 and into chapter 6. The sure and certain nature of our justification is on Paul’s mind as he shows us that believers are transferred from the reign of sin and death to that of grace and life, from union with Adam to union with Christ.
In chapter 5, Paul asserts that we are reconciled to God through Christ. We will pause at that point to examine the issues of guilt and forgiveness with the help of Dr. R.C. Sproul’s teaching series on those subjects.
